A Wonderful Gift from a Very Dear Friend

What a beautifully perfect day! The love of my life, Spike, moved here to Florida permanently, 10:30pm Jan 13, 2009. After I got home from work (midnight), we went and had dinner. When we arrived back at the house, I finally had a chance to check my mail. What a wonderful surprise - a package from my very dear friend, Perri . Perri had already told me it was there, but enjoyed the torture of not telling me what it was.
I was so blown away to find a handmade necklace and 3 of her gorgeous Autumn Leaves. She has a tutorial for these beauties (the tutorial shows the color mod for Winter Wreaths), but seeing them in person, really drives home how absolutely perfect they are. The colors and craftsmanship are stunning. One of them is even my birthstone colors (Topaz/Nov).
I wore one to work the next night (the other 2 in my pocket), and found myself constantly looking them over in admiration, they really are perfect (though my pictures don't do them justice).

How wonderfully blessed I am to have such a great friend.
